Please complete the below registration in order to be able to attend YIW's Phase II minyanim. 

As per the recommendation of our Poskim, members over the age of 65 and those with other noted risk factors must carefully consider joining minyanim at this time. Moreover, anyone who is uncomfortable joining an indooor minyan, can take advantage of the outdoor minyanim still taking place. It is imperative that we judge everyone favorably in these times, respecting every individual's personal choices and needs, including davening at home. Additionally, since Phase II has only allowed 25% capacity with social distancing, children under the age of Bar/Bat Mitzvah are regretfully unable to sign up to the minyanim at this time. The left side of the Ezras Nashim of the Main Shul will be available for Women during any service in the Joseph K. Miller Main Shul. Women need to register for Shabbos Morning davening.

There will be no bathroom use during the first phase of our shul opening. The shul siddurim & chumashim are not to be used at this time.

There will be further direction regarding entering and exiting the building.

To properly prepare, please try to submit the minyan form in a timely fashion. if you register for a minyan, please honor your commitment.

2. I will wear a mask at all times
3. I am not currently sick, or feeling any symptoms
4. I have not been exposed to someone with COVID, in the past 14 days, without proper PPE
5. I will bring my own siddur
6. I am committed to attending the minyan I sign up for
