The Young Israel of Woodmere is the largest Jewish orthodox congregation in the Five Towns, on Long Island’s south shore. We take pride in extending you a warm welcome and invite you to enter our home.

Our community has many features and provides many services - from the eruv, to the schools, to the restaurants, to the shops and the people. At the Young Israel of Woodmere, we are proud to help serve and stand firmly in the center of our community.

The Young Israel of Woodmere is proud to provide the following services:

• Ten minyanim daily for Shacharis, including a Vasikin Minyan
• Eight minyanim on Shabbos morning, including a Young Couples' Minyan, Nusach Sfard Minyan and Vasikin Minyan
• Shabbos morning College Minyan and Teen Minyan
• Multiple weekday minyanim for Mincha and Maariv
• Weekly Shalosh Seudos
• Monthly Seasoned Sophisticates kiddush and Young Families kiddush
• Monthly Nafshenu Program 
• Daily shiurim for men and women 
• Daf Yomi multiple times a day 
• Outstanding Adult Education programs and Movie Nights  
• Active Sisterhood with numerous exciting programs 
• Jason Botnick Youth Department serving over 1,000 children with innovative and exciting Shabbos, Sunday, and weekday programs
• Bat and Bar Mitzvah Programs as well as Parent-Child Learning
