The Jason Botnick Youth Department is excited to continue to offer exciting Chol HaMoed programs and trips for our youth. The cost for this event is $46 for children who have already registered for the Youth Department and $62 for children who aren't registered youth members.

If you haven't yet registered your child with the Youth Department this season (dues are $65 per child with a $175 family maximum) please click here to register before submitting this form.

I acknowledge that my child assumes all risks of being injured while attending the Jason Botnick Youth Department Laser Bounce Trip and while traveling to and from the facility. I agree to hold the Young Israel of Woodmere and its officials, coordinators and all other staff, harmless from any liability, loss, or personal expense arising out of my child's participation in the program.

If you are a registered youth member the total should read $46. If you are not registered with our youth department it should read $62.
